Set against the iconic golden stucco façade and formal gardens of La Foce, this bespoke wedding invitation suite was designed to capture the timeless elegance of the Tuscan countryside. Inspired by the estate’s cypress-lined paths, sun-washed architecture, and romantic landscape, we created an original watercolor illustration that became the heart of the suite, wrapping the stationery in the atmosphere and beauty of the venue itself.
The invitation was printed in letterpress and paired with soft gold detailing throughout, including an ornate monogram crest and wax seal for a refined, heirloom feel. A custom illustrated envelope liner featuring the estate creates a dramatic first impression, while layered details and textured finishes bring depth and warmth to the suite. Romantic yet restrained, the final design feels deeply rooted in place — elegant, timeless, and unmistakably Tuscan.
DESIGN EXPLORATORY
We designed a range of invitations and wrap exteriors in a rustic country meets elegant Italian feel, combining earthy letterpress tones with rich gold foils. The couple wanted a watercolor illustration of the estate to be the central focal point so all the other pieces could be more muted and subtle to provide balance to the overall suite.
ILLUSTRATION
Once our sketch of the wedding venue was approved, we painted the final piece with watercolor paints in vivid greens and deep earth tones.
FINAL DESIGN
At the end of the creative process, after all edits and refinements are made, the full suite comes to life in the hands of our expert team of printers and craftsmen.
