Glamorous Lace Wedding Invitation

For a wedding at The Breakers in Palm Beach, Florida, we wanted to make sure that the invitation was as grand and memorable as the venue. The laser cut ornate design is inspired by our Victoria collection design which we tailored to include a hand beveled invitation silhouette, a custom crest and shimmery backer. The suite is printed in a combination of rose gold and silver foil together with charcoal letterpress. The result is stunning and truly one of a kind.

Initial Design

We explored a few different looks for the laser cut sleeve and invitation from smaller windows that revealed the crest to a much larger opening that showcased the entire back of the invitation card. A thorough look at different ways of weaving in the wedding color palette of silver, rose gold and ivory ensured that we looked at all possibilities, finding the very best of the best for our client’s design.

Monograms

The couple loved the look of a crest that incorporated soft orchids and a shell shape at the top as a nod to wedding location, The Breakers in Palm Beach. We explored a couple of ways to intertwine their initials to work harmoniously with the crest.

Design Extension

Once the look and feel were defined, we embarked on the process of extending the design to all the pieces in the invitation suite including the envelope and custom designed postage stamps, which incorporated the lace motif that we developed on the invitation card.

At the end of the creative process, after all edits and refinements are made, the full suite comes to life in the hands of our expert team of printers and craftsmen.
