Vintage Beauty on Bowery

As a wedding professional, I have to say that one of the most rewarding things about my job is the collaborative process I get to participate in with so many other talented designers, artists and vendors. I just love seeing how other creatives approach problems and the design process; it certainly inspires me to work harder and push the creative boundaries of Atelier Isabey beyond our comfort zone. With the wedding of Robyn and Colin, it was amazing to see how everyone came together to bring to life their vision in their own, innovative way. We had the great pleasure of working with our friend Annie Lee of Daughter of Design who took the idea of vintage romance and city chic to a whole new level with her attention to detail and sophisticated style. Our invitation kicked off the first impression with delicate lace paper envelopes and luxe tone on tone letterpress printing. Then, the wedding day was infused with gorgeous, lush florals by Saipua and photographed by the talented Susan Stripling, who captured every moment with her honest and intimate style. Robyn and Colin’s wedding was the result of a great collaborative partnership between the bride and groom and their team of creatives. I think the final result speaks volumes to that!
